1. OFFER TO PURCHASE

2. MODIFICATION & RESCISSION
This contract can be varied, modified or rescinded only by Agreement in writing between the duly authorized agents of the Buyer and Seller.

1. DEFINITIONS
i) "SMTT" means the SMT Technologies Sdn Bhd company selling products and/or services to the customer as identified in SMTT's Quotation or Invoices

ii) "Customer" means the person or legal entity in SMTT's Quotation or Invoices

All contractors, vendors or suppliers must comply with SMTT’s Safety, Security, Health and Environmental Control measures at all time. SMTT reserves the right to terminate the vendors’ services that violate or fail to comply with the stipulated control measures within SMTT premises.
