What is Surgical Face Mask ?
Surgical face mask can assist in preventing the spread of germs, avoid transfer of bacteria, microorganisms, body fluids, dust and particulate material transfer, provided that the mask is worn correctly and coupled with other preventative measures such as washing your hands. There are several scientific studies which support that face masks can be highly effective in preventing the spread of viral infections.

What is EGcare Surgical Face Mask ?
EGcare Surgical Face Mask is a branded type of 3-Ply Ear-loop, single use disposable mask, which has been tested and certified by Nelson Laboratories, LLC in Salt Lake City, UT 84123 U.S.A. Testing was performed in compliance with US FDA good manufacturing practice (GMP) regulations 21 CFR Parts 210, 211 and 820. The Flammability of Clothing Textiles met the criteria for 16 CFR Part 1610.7 Class 1 as there are no burn times. Standard Test Protocol achieved High Filtration with PFE > 99%, and BFE efficiency test shown > 99%. EGcare Surgical Face Mask also has been tested with the listed standards EN14683:2019 and found in compliance with the Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC, and carries the CE marking.

EGcare’s Surgical Face Masks are made in Malaysia by SMT Technologies Sdn Bhd, and its production have been provided with guidelines for manufacturing to help ensure Good Product Quality Control. SMT Technologies Sdn Bhd has been granted the Establishment License No. MDA-0937-K120 by local Medical Device Authority in Malaysia, as Manufacturer, subject to the provisions under Section 15(1) of Act 737.
